Upbringing

Separated from his brother at a young age, Shoto was brought in by the Oni in his quest for power. For he felt he shouldn't be able to feel so helpless ever again. Never again, should he lose a person he loved.Forked tongues and crooked whispers turned trick, having the seeker believe his brother had no need for him further, as they'd show him during the war with the spirits. They'd turn his love into a dangerous weapon.A gift, in exchange for his blade. His blood-red eyes earning him some otherworldly abilities. The gift of foresight, mimicry and ability to utilize and recognize aether.
Half-formed short horns, if only to signify his half-baked status of oni.He was a new animal. A weapon in the hands of demons.
